Birthday Parties
#1 Spot for a Gymnastics Party!
GymCats Gymnastics Center is famous for its fun-filled Birthday Parties! Our energetic and interactive staff as well as our spectacular facility will make every birthday party a memorable experience!
We provide:
- One hour of birthday party activities on our spacious gymnastics floor
- 1/2 hour in our private party room. (Sorry, no choice of rooms)
- Low student/teacher ratio.
- Party hostess/host to assist during party and cleanup.
- Refrigerator and freezer available.
You provide:
- Paper goods and utensils
- Cake and candles
- Food and beverages
- Decorations such as banners and balloons are accepted.
Sorry, no piñatas, confetti, ceiling decorations, or alcohol.
Children start the party with an exciting warmup and move on to an obstacle course.
No experience is necessary; all levels have a great time.
After jumping, swinging and rolling through the obstacle course, children then move on to the following apparatus:
- Trampoline
- Cargo net and foam filled pit
- Air-filled slide (ages 4 & up)
- Air-filled castle
After an hour of action packed activities children then spend a half hour in our private party room.
3 & 4 year-old parties spend 45 minutes in activities and 45 minutes in party room.
(Option of 50 minutes of activities and 40 minutes in party room is available for 5 years and up.)

Party Packages
$399.00 for first 10 children (including birthday child)
11-13 children: $459.00
14-16 children: $499.00
16+ children: $499.00 PLUS $20 extra per additional child after 16.
We accommodate a maximum of 24 children for parties of children turning 5 & up.
We accommodate a maximum of 16 children for 3 & 4 year old parties.
(Gratuity is not included for any of the above packages.)

Rules/Regulations
- A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a specific party date and time. If we have to cancel due to inclement weather, we will do our best to reschedule your party on the next available date. There is no guarantee your rescheduled party date will be close to the original date.
- We offer 30 minutes extra in the party room ONLY for an additional $75. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like this option.
- GymCats does not offer a choice of party room.
- Party guests entering the building will be required to get their hands sanitized upon entry.
- Please email at least 7 days prior to your party to confirm the number of children. This confirmed number will determine the minimum cost of the party.
- Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your party’s start time to begin setup.
- Only parents of the birthday child(ren) will be allowed on the floor to take pictures, record video, etc. All other parents must remain in the viewing area overlooking the gym floor.
- Parents of children 3 and younger are allowed on the gym floor to assist their child(ren) throughout the party.
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARENTS ARE ALLOWED TO PLAY ON ANY OF OUR EQUIPMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Any person on the floor, 18 years old or younger is considered a participant and is counted in the total. If you choose not to include any person 18 and under as party participants, it is the parent's responsibility to ask them to leave the gym floor.
- Any party that exceeds party room time limit will be charged $50 extra.
- Party times fill up quickly so please book your party early.
- Tips are not included in the party package price.
- Checks are not acceptable for party balances.
